About This Package
The Parish Group Pilgrimage is designed specifically for parish communities travelling together. A dedicated pilgrim leader manages your group from start to finish, coordinating private liturgical moments, group prayer times and the practicalities of moving a community of 10 to 30 people through Lourdes with grace and efficiency. Your group will share a private Mass at the Grotto, receive priority access to the Baths as a community, and have dedicated reflection sessions each evening to process the day's experiences together.

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Group Arrival & Opening Liturgy
Your group arrives together (by coach, train or flight). Transfer to your hotel. Evening opening Mass of intention celebrated by your group chaplain, followed by the Torchlight Procession at 21:00.
Grotto & Group Baths Session
Morning group Mass at the Grotto with your chaplain. Priority-access Baths session for the whole group together (pre-booked). Afternoon free for individual visits to the Sanctuary chapels.
Basilicas & Bernadette Town Tour
Guided tour of the Upper and Lower Basilicas. Afternoon walking tour of Bernadette's Lourdes: the Cachot, Boly Mill and baptismal church. Evening group sharing and reflection.
Way of the Cross & Healing Service
Prayerful group walk of the hillside Stations of the Cross with your leader. Afternoon Blessing of the Sick ceremony. Second optional Baths visit for those who wish.
Free Day & Evening Vigil
Full free day for personal exploration of the Sanctuary. Optional Pyrenees excursion for active members. Evening group prayer vigil before the final day.
Closing Mass & Departure
Final private group Mass of thanksgiving at the Grotto. Group photograph at the Esplanade. Transfer to airport, station or coach for home.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum and maximum group size?
The Parish Group Pilgrimage is designed for groups of 10 to 30 pilgrims. For groups smaller than 10, we recommend our Classic or Retreat programmes. For groups over 30, contact us for a bespoke quotation.
Can our parish priest lead the Masses?
Absolutely. If your group includes a priest, he may celebrate Mass at the Grotto or in one of the Sanctuary chapels. We coordinate the scheduling with the Sanctuary chaplaincy on your behalf.
How far in advance should we book for a parish group?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for the May–September high season. Private Grotto Mass slots are limited and must be reserved well ahead.
